Our guided visit to the Royal Alcázars and the Santa Cruz quarter is perfect to get to know a time when Jews, Muslims and Christians lived together in the city of Seville. First at all we will visit the old Jewish quarter, to learn about the splendour of Sepharad. Our second stop will be the Royal Alcázars, the oldest royal palace in use in Europe, built in the Muslim period and later reused by the Christian kings, a UNESCO heritage monument with more than a thousand years of history.

Description
The Royal Alcázar of Seville is, without a doubt, an essential visit of your trip. We propose the perfect tour to get to know it and fall in love with this medieval palace, symbol and sample of the cultural mix that took place in the past between Christians, Muslims and Jews.
To make the experience even more complete, we will also visit part of the old Jewish quarter of Seville, known today as the Santa Cruz district. This famous district was in the Middle Ages one of the most influential Jewish aljamas in Spain, its period of greatest splendour between the 13th and 14th centuries.
Inside the Royal Alcázar we will travel back in time to learn about the history of the oldest royal residence in use in Europe and one of the most visited monuments in the city. The palace is listed as a World Heritage Site.
This palace was originally built by the Moorish kings in the 12th century, after the Christian conquest it was recycled by the new monarchs and chosen as one of the main residences of such important kings as Alfonso X, Pedro I, the Catholic Monarchs and Emperor Charles V, all characters that today are part of the rich history and legends of Seville.
On our tour we will visit the Mudejar Palace, a masterpiece of this particular style exclusive to the Iberian Peninsula, we will learn about the history of the Casa de Contratación de las Indias (House of Trade of the Indies), the Gothic Palace and the settings chosen by the famous Game of Thrones series for its kingdom of Dorne! - Entrance fees to the monuments are NOT included in the price of the guided tour.
- If you wish, you can add the purchase and management of tickets for the monuments to the final price of your visit (option available on the booking form).

Royal Alcázar
Opening times: Monday to Sunday from 9.30am to 5pm.
Entry fee: 14,5€ adults, 7€ students from 14 to 30 years old and pensioners over 65 years old (original documents must be shown when entering the monuments; only for European Union citizens), 1€ children under 13 years old, free for those born or resident in Seville. The price includes the additional cost of €1 per ticket associated with online purchase.
